I love the seafood paella dish for many reasons and others would differently think the same. With all the seafood paella I have been consuming recently I had to figure out what I was putting into my stomach, so I decided to do some research into what is comprised in this dish and whether or not it was healthy. These are most of the nutritional information I found on this delicious dish. First of all, seafood paella is a very healthy dish, that gives you all of your daily body needs such as, protein, fibre, vitamins and more. The typical seafood paella dish has three hundred and forty five in one serving which is great because it offers so much protein, fibers, and vitamins at such a low caloric count, for all those people who like to keep their waist line like myself.

It does not matter how much you exercise if you do not eat enough nutritional low caloric meals, you will just not look fit no matter what. This dish is beneficial every and any individual, regardless of their gender, age etc, and has multiple beneficial health factors for everyone. If you are a growing person, child or teenager, the protein, calcuim, and riboflavin will help you grow into a strong adult. The calcium from the seafood will help your bones with their growth and the combination of protein and riboflavin(helps convert protein and fats into energy), will help kick start your day and give you more energy for outdoor activities, which promotes a healthy lifestyle from a young age. If you are a parent reading this blog, then I would 110% recommend you add this into your growing childs daily diet.

If you are either a young or mature adult than the multiple vitamins and minerals will help with your daily life. If you are a young or mature man than the added zinc in the seafood paella dish will help testosterone production, and will also help with your libido and erections. If you are a young or mature adult woman, than the vitamins and minerals will help you maintain a younger complexion, along with smoother skin. If you are a senior, than the compounded benefits of the entire dish will benefit you the most. The most important thing to this dish, and I cannot stress this enough, is that the dish helps promote a healthy lifestyle. With this great tasting dish with all these benefits why would you not want to eat this dish?
